We’re located approximately 90 miles north of Austin and 44 miles south of Waco. Gorgeous scenery and cottage convenience make our location an ideal place to stay for a weekend, week, or longer!

Texas Cottage: 1 Bedroom

Bi Weekly = $750.00

Each Additional Person = $10.00

Lake Belton Cottage: 2 Bedroom

Per Night: $185.00 (6 person rental)
Weekly = $650.00
Biweekly = $875.00
Monthly = $1,350.00
Each Additional Person = $10.00

Minimum Stay
We require a two night stay for the weekend stays.

Deposit & Payments
We require a deposit for your first night’s stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and personal checks.

Cancellation Policy
To receive your deposit, please provide a cancellation notice seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date. You will not receive a refund for cancellations received less than seven days prior to your arrival.

Restrictions
We allow well-behaved small dogs with prior approval. No smoking inside. Some rooms may not be suitable for small children due to upstairs decks.
